SIMONE RICCI from Rome – Italy is the coach of the Optimist Legend Marco Gradoni, 3 times Optimist World Champion (2017, 2018, 2019) and unique young sailor in the history to win the Rolex World Sailor of the Year in 2019.
Always in 2019 Simone was crowned at the top of the Class for the great results of his Club Team athletes winning a Gold Medal at the European Championship 2019 with Federica Contardi. In the same event Niccolo Pulito finished 4th and Sophie Fontanesi 7th. Just to crown that wonderful year he closed with a Silver medal by Rocco Wright (IRL) and 5th position of James Dwyers (IRL) at the North American Championship in Bahamas as Irish National Coach.
Simone has reached many other medals in past years with his athletes and with the Italian National Team winning Gold and Bronze Medal at European 2018 with Alex Demurtas and Lorenzo Pezzilli. Most of the athletes he trains around the World are the best sailors in the Class and his coaching is requested all over the countries for his style, knowledge and smile!
Simone is an Optimist Coach since 2009 and is a 3rd level coach of Italian National Federation.

RICCARDO DE FELICE from Napoli – Italy is a two-time Olympic coach in the 470 class at the Rio 2016 e Tokyo 2020 Games, Riccardo is one of the most recognized International coaches for double hand classes, in 2022 Riccardo was crowned at the top of the 420 Class for the great results of his Team’s athletes winning a Gold Medal at the World with Team Steinlein Adolph European Championship 2022 with Team Wehrle-Rinn.
Riccardo has reached many other medals in past years with his athletes and with the Italian, Turkish, Spanish, German, and Hungarian Sailors.

ALEJANDRO BETHENCOURT from Lanzarote is our young and full of energy ILCA Coach. He started with a very good career in Optimist in his paradise Island and never stopped sailing at high level. Ale is a passionate of sailing and Wing Foiling and love Coaching sailors. He is Laser 4,7 World Champion 2015 and European Champion 2014. He is 3 times J80 World Champion. He started with Atlantis Academy in 2021 following Jonas and Simone and showing immediately a great attitude and positive coaching style.
ALBERTO MORALES, local from Lanzarote is young and extremely experienced sailor and Coach. He has been one of the best Spanish Optimist sailors and now coaching Optimist and 420.
He is European Championship 420 Gold Medal 2023 Coach and Silver at 420 World Championship 420 always as a coach.
Great experience on foils. He is one of the stars of Lanzarote Sailing and we are proud to have him in the Team.
